Who is reading? I love the idea of playing with poetry, especially with technology, and the renderings bring some sort of silence and prondering to the words I can't see, but somehow I seem to enjoy the beauty of the written word on paper more. A stillness of sorts I can't explain. But then again, that could just be me using cognitive dissonance because I'm used to one way of listening to poetry - with my voice in my head.

Lovely voice whose ever it is.

Hi how are you?

I was looking through your blog and found it interesting! I have an art blog here in San Diego and would like to invite you to visit and enjoy and comment.

I hope you are up to it? Thank you and I hope to see you soon =)

Thank you Dew, it's me reading.
I attended a poetry reading at Wits recently that featured Antjie Krog and Gabeba Baderoon amongst others, and that's where it first hit me that poetry needs to be heard as much as read. For me, it goes back to oral tradition.
But I get what you're saying about the stillness:)

Hey Jesse, thanks for dropping by. I've added your blog to my google reader.

I must say I really enjoyed listening to 'for those who didn't get it'. You caught whatever you were looking for in that one. I loves listening to it. And its a beautiful poem.
